1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 444tk ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at https://444tk.bio and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on 444tk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we may suspend withdrawals, freeze the account balance, or close the account outright. 3. Account Registration & Security

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and must not share it with any third party. 444tk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and 444tk bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use that you failed to report promptly.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bet Settlement

All settled bets are final; bets that have already been settled and paid cannot be reversed unless a clear technical error is identified by 444tk's risk management team.

Prohibited Betting Activities

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to operating multiple accounts, abusing bonuses, or engaging in prohibited betting activities.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 444tk will attempt to notify you prior to closing an inactive account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., inactivity), any genuine cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last registered payment method subject to successful identity verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 444tk platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 444tk or its content licensors. All rights are reserved. No portion of the platform's content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed, or sold without the prior written permission of 444tk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444tk platform strictly for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. Any unauthorised use immediately terminates this licence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444tk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure. • Any losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, market data, or event information displayed on the platform due to a data feed error from a third-party provider.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, or any force majeure event beyond 444tk's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own gambling decisions, including losses on bets that were placed based on the player's personal judgement or strategy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

444tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The most current version of these Terms is always the version published at https://444tk.bio/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the 444tk platform after any changes have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms unconditionally. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. 444tk operates as a safe and reliable platform applying SSL encryption and fair play standards to protect all users.
